Good day everyone, this will be a small brief. I am the CS for the next four weeks. I want to follow these structures when I am CS (Course Senior).

I want 4 sections with 4 individuals in it and I have categorized them here and made them aligning with your strengths. Also, I want you to have FTP's cause it's better to have one. Just for emotional, mental support, daily check in and all.

I want 3IC's (Section Heads) to report every morning in the newly created chat with any updates regarding their members like appointments, absences or any other concerns. 2IC verifies it and finally I will include that in the report. Also, make sure everyone is here at school at 07:55 and if anyone's late, let me know directly and your ETA, if not I would have to include your absence in the report. Any new request should go through your section head.

At the end of the day, you all are adults and make reasonable decisions and stay safe.
